We stand behind our gear. If something arrives defective—or proves defective under normal use—we’ll make it right.

Claim window: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the ship date shown on your order confirmation or tracking.

What qualifies as a defect

  • Manufacturing or material faults present on arrival or during normal use.

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear isn’t a defect.

How replacements work

  1. Start a claim within 30 days of the ship date. Email support@madcty.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the concern.

  2. Return the item (if requested). If we ask you to send the product back for inspection, return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense (unless otherwise required by law).

  3. Inspection. Once received, we’ll inspect and test the item promptly.

  4. Outcome.

    • Defect verified: We will refund the original shipping charge paid on your order and ship a replacement of the same item at no cost to you. If the exact item is unavailable, we’ll offer an equivalent replacement or a refund of the product price.

    • No defect verified: We will contact you directly to share our findings and work with you on a practical path to resolution.

General returns

At this time, we only accept returns for items with verified defects. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or preference, unless required by law. Defect claims must be initiated within 30 days of the ship date.

Packaging & condition

When returning any item, please use the original packaging (if available) and include all accessories and paperwork. Items sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to sender.
