Why Hammock Camping?

2025-09-02T22:36:13+00:00

One of the biggest benefits of hammock camping is the sheer comfort it provides. Unlike sleeping on the ground, hammock camping allows you to rest suspended in the air, providing a level of comfort that's hard to match. Hammocks also offer superior ventilation, which can help keep you cool and dry even on hot summer nights. With the right gear, you can enjoy a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep, waking up feeling refreshed and energized.

Flowrider Surf Simulator… wipeouts

Hey, welcome to another MADCTY video! In this one, I’m taking on a challenge that many people would argue is best left to the kids: the Flowrider surf simulator. But let me tell you, it’s not about being the best or even being good at it. It’s about having fun, trying new things, and setting an example for my kids that life should be lived, not feared.

Surfskating the Pump Track

There's nothing quite like hitting the pavement with your buddies or your kids, and that's exactly what we did when we took our Carver Green Wave skateboard with the C7 Surfskate truck setup to the Martensville Saskatchewan Pump Track. Of course, we had to bribe the youngest member of our crew with the promise of Slurpees, but who can resist a frozen treat on a hot day?

Slide Rock State Park, Arizona

This was my last day in the Sedona Arizona area, as such I was trying to maximize my experience and get everything in that I could. I started the day in the wee hours with a hike up to Devils Bridge, after checking into my hotel room and getting settled I took a run out to Slide Rock State Park... Not what I'd call a hiking destination, but a beautiful walk along a river that would only have been better in hot weather without the brutal wind that day.
