UPDATE: I wiped out, broke the Greater Tuberosity of the Humerous (I cracked the knob end of my arm bone that sits in the shoulder socket) and it brought this plan to a halting end…
Come with me on the journey with a target weight loss of 2 pounds per week till under 200lbs (starting at 244)
Methodology – calorie counting with a target net deficiency of 1000 calories per day. Typically I eat to maintain roughly 2500 calories per day, this means I can only consume 1500 calories more than I burn (over an above normal daily activity)
Strategy – Skateboard, Surf Skate, Carve board, Longboard and cycle my way to still being able to eat a reasonable volume of food while burning the additional calories – It means being far more conscious about what I consume and when but mostly it’s meant cutting out evening snacking and choosing healthier snacking or going without throughout the day.
Progress – 3 weeks in and I’m down 8lbs (2lbs ahead of schedule)
