Surfskating the Pump Track

Get ready to ride along on an epic surfskate adventure with the MADCTY crew!

There’s nothing quite like hitting the pavement with your buddies or your kids, and that’s exactly what we did when we took our Carver Green Wave skateboard with the C7 Surfskate truck setup to the Martensville Saskatchewan Pump Track. Of course, we had to bribe the youngest member of our crew with the promise of Slurpees, but who can resist a frozen treat on a hot day?

This wasn’t our first time at the pump track, but it was our first time with this particular setup, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. We loved the dynamic carving so much that I even picked up another Carver surfskate while I was in San Clemente, California. The new board is the Tyler 777 model, with a slightly longer wheelbase than our original board.

Now, these two Carver surfskates are their longest models, so they may not be the right choice for everyone. But with me standing 6’3″ and Liam at 6’6″, my crew prefers the longer wheelbase for a wider stance and allowing us to get down further for a lower center of gravity when riding.

Check out the video to see us shredding the pump track with our Carver surf skateboards. It was a blast capturing all the action and we can’t wait to get back out there with both boards and carve up the track again soon!
